The Project Hero Promise is made to ensure all parties, customers, professionals, are on the same page from the start to ensure the end result is a positive experience.
Project Manager
Customer is assigned a Project Hero who is your personal project manager through out the entire project.
Project Details
We receive project details & make sure all parties are on same page prior to start.
Project Updates
Professional is responsible to send us project progress details and reports.
Project Completion
Project Manger goes over completed project with customer and professional.
Payment
Final payment will be released to professional upon approval of all three parties.
